Dear Ross,
Thank you again for the outstanding job on the reception after my mom's funeral this past Saturday. Everything was perfect --- I lost count of the number of people who told me how wonderful it all was. Some went so far as to say that it was the "best" funeral reception they had ever been to, which compliments I received in the spirit they were offered. Obviously this was due in large measure to the terrific efforts of you and your team.
I'll always be grateful for how professional and accommodating you were, especially when were were so unsure of how many people wold attend. Needless to say, under the circumstances it was tough for us to focus on organizing this event. We really appreciate how easy you were to deal with...it made a huge difference.

Tom and Staff,
I just wanted to send you a note to thank you and all of the staff
involved who worked hard on the Ladies Member Guest day. All three of my
guests had a fabulous time and called me the next day to express what a
wonderful time they had and how everything was done in top notch form. They
all send their compliments to Ross (who was very sociable) and the kitchen
staff for the great tasting meal. Drinks of course are always great
tasting. They noticed and expressed how everyone gets along and how smooth
and well run everything was even though you had to contend with the weather
which you had no control over. Great Job...it makes me feel good that I can
bring my guests to an establishment that makes them feel welcome and at
home. Not all places do that!

As the Director of Operations at Peninsula Lakes Golf Course I feel that is extremely important to share my experience of having my wedding at your facility. Last year in November I randomly stopped by to check out the venue. I was greeted by a staff member and introduced to Andrea Pizzacella. She was extremely informative, friendly, and set an amazing impression on me right from the beginning. Over the next couple of weeks we met numerous times with Andrea and Ross Morgan. Words cannot express how flexible, creative and professional these two staff members are. I had heard of numerous problems my friends and colleagues had with their venues. Ross and Andrea were eager to share advice, address any concerns we had, and ready to promptly deal with every little detail we wanted to go over from November until our wedding day on August, 1st. The atmosphere that your staff created for my husband and my family members leading up to wedding was friendly, energetic, professional and organized. Ross and Andrea went completely out of their realm of responsibility to ensure our wedding day was perfect.
When August 1st finally arrived as a bride I had very little stress because I knew that Andrea and Ross had everything under control. The dining room looked like a picture from a magazine, it was better than I ever imagined it would be. The terrace was beautifully decorated and set the perfect atmosphere for my 101 guests as they arrived. We spent the few hours before the reception on the golf course taking pictures, which was a unique experience we will never forget. I have never heard of any other venue offering a photo opportunity like we were given! Our reception was spectacular, the food was promptly brought out and everyone raved about the quality and quantity of the food! The rest of the night was a dream, and we are forever grateful to the staff of Pen Lakes for our perfect wedding. A special thanks to Ross Morgan and Andrea Pizzacella for making our dreams come true.Pen Lakes will always hold a special place in our hearts and I thought that I must share this unbelievable experience with you! As the Director of Operations I am sure there are numerous situations you have to deal with on a day to day basis, but I truly believe that the positive experiences should be commemorated and celebrated!
